Shipping Policy — Beyond Sleep 101

At Beyond Sleep 101, we work hard to ensure your sleep health resources arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped exclusively through USPS.
This allows us to keep costs affordable, provide reliable tracking, and deliver to PO Boxes and all U.S. residential addresses.

We do not offer UPS, FedEx, DHL, or overnight/express shipping at this time.

💲 Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99
• Applies to all orders under $35
• One simple rate regardless of the number of items

FREE Shipping:
• Automatically applied to all orders $35 or more (before tax)
• No code needed

⏳ Processing Time

Because we are a small business, please allow:
2–4 business days for order processing, printing, and packaging prior to shipment.

Processing time is separate from USPS transit time.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday.
We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, USPS typically delivers within:

  • USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Media Mail (for books): 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on USPS delays, weather, or seasonal volume.

📦 Tracking

All orders receive a USPS tracking number by email once shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the USPS system.

🏠 Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Buyers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

• Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
• Delays caused by USPS
• Packages marked “Delivered” by USPS but not received

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fee.

⛔ No International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
